What Changed

On the nightly channel, the sidebar "Update available" pill now shows the changelog on hover, grouped by version. When the channel isn't nightly or there are no notes, the pill keeps its existing plain-text tooltip — no behavior change.

Desktop / updater: enable autoUpdater.fullChangelog on prerelease channels so electron-updater returns per-version release notes; carry them through the update flow.
releaseNotes.ts (new): normalize electron-updater's release notes (string or {version, note}[]) into DesktopUpdateReleaseNote[] — strip HTML/markdown, decode entities, drop boilerplate lines ("What's changed", "Full changelog", compare links, "New contributors"), and cap size (≤6 version groups, ≤8 items/group, ≤220 chars/item).
Contracts (IPC): add releaseNotes to DesktopUpdateState and a DesktopUpdateReleaseNote type + schema.
State machine: thread releaseNotes through the available/check/no-update transitions.
Web: SidebarUpdatePill renders the grouped notes in the existing tooltip, gated on channel === "nightly" with a graceful fallback.
Tests for the updater flag, normalization, state reducers, and web logic.

Why

The pill tells users an update exists but not what's in it, forcing a trip to GitHub releases. This adds that context inline on an element that already exists. Kept read-only, nightly-only, and bounded in size to stay tightly scoped.

Related to #2309 (release notes via a post-update toast). This is a deliberately narrower alternative — read-only, nightly-only, and reusing the existing pill tooltip rather than introducing new UI.

Overview
Nightly desktop updates now surface grouped release notes in the existing sidebar update pill tooltip, while other channels keep the plain tooltip.

The desktop updater turns on fullChangelog when the channel is nightly (with prerelease/downgrade), accepts optional releaseNotes on update-available events without failing decode, and normalizes them via new releaseNotes.ts into bounded DesktopUpdateReleaseNote[] (HTML/markdown stripped, boilerplate dropped). DesktopUpdateState and the update state machine carry releaseNotes through available/check/no-update transitions and IPC. SidebarUpdatePill renders a scrollable, per-version list in the tooltip when channel === "nightly" and notes exist.
